This 5-star hotel is the real deal - other pretenders pay attention! So peaceful, with professional and friendly staff. Laura on the front desk was really helpful, as were all her colleagues. Great facilities, including a beautiful bar and terrace area. The breakfast and lunch were really good, particularly the former. The hotel is a slice of paradise, with sympathetically restored buildings and stylish interior design. The gardens are stunning and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is beautiful and the facilities fantastic, with a room upgrade and lovely food and wine in the restaurant.

I booked an impressive and beautiful room with a terrace and a partially enclosed bathroom.

The hotel offers stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a retreat. the staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. the breakfast and drinks are fabulous. the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and indoor swimming pool are great. the hotel provides plenty of space and cozy areas, including a lovely terrace. Staying in a junior suite with a private terrace was wonderful.

Had a pretty good 5-night stay here. the bed was super comfy and I loved the cool exposed stone walls - the room was really clean and just overall amazing! 😊

The breakfast selection was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing assistance with scanning and offering excellent spa treatments. The quality of the food at the restaurant was impressive, and the poolside relaxation with a refreshing cava sangria was a perfect way to unwind.

The gym facilities were outdated and in need of repair. there were some issues with the room, such as finding a half-drunk can in the minibar and a bidet that caused a bathroom flood.

One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff who provided attentive service. the location is also ideal for exploring the nearby areas and attractions. Another advantage was the ability to eat lunch and dinner at the hotel or by driving around which provided wonderful dining options.

One of the worst aspects was the limited availability of transportation, so having a car is a must as there is nothing within walking distance. the WiFi did not reach our room, which was inconvenient at times.

Just came back from an amazing city trip. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything, but far enough from the noise. The facilities were great, especially the spa that helped me relax after long walks in the city. The whole place was clean and the staff made us feel at home. The food was also delicious, with a small menu that had everything we needed.

That there was no vegetarian menu available. We had to guess what dishes could be adapted and this can be pretty tiring after a few days. we had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was incredible, with breathtaking views from the pool area. It was the perfect spot for relaxation, and the peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed on a business trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to accommodate my needs.

There were a couple of negative aspects that stuck out during my stay. First, the service, particularly in regards to drinks and lunch, was a bit slow.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was simply amazing. The location of the hotel at the foot of the mountains provided a spectacular backdrop for the entire stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony with stunning views. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I enjoyed spending my afternoons relaxing by the pool, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery. this place provided the perfect combination of luxury and comfort.
